I wanted to thank you for your time and effort. This is something I look forward to reading weekly as it's a great snapshot of how things are shaking out.
Also, I wouldn't be surprised by 1A William Campbell sneaking onto this list soon. Coach Brogdin is doing great things in Naruna.

Appreciate that and yes am hoping it becomes a feature that the fans look forward to here on the site.
I'll keep an eye on William Campbell. Not a bad start with 102 points in a couple of wins.
Wm. Campbell has been playing really well. The combination of Reid and Rosser are solid. would not be surprised to see AltaVista slide out of the rankings and the Generals move in. The Colonels have their hands full with a very explosive Staunton River.
Rosser is a stud. Fast and Strong...Generals are going to win a lot of ball games.
I was listening to the Altavista / Prince Edward game on the radio on my ride home from Cave Spring (I left at halftime ) and I heard the Montague kid from Altavista was injured and had left the game. Is he the quarterback for Altavista?
I believe Adams is their QB. Montague #3 is MLB on defense and RB/Slot wr on offense
Chucksteel72- Speaking of players not available, I heard Staunton River is going to be down a player. I heard it is one of the running backs. My nephew told me but was not sure which one. How true is this? Is it a serious injury(I hope not)? They might be able to get past Altavista but depth is a serious issue with SR. I wish the young man a speedy recovery. I talk a lot of junk but hate for any player to be out. Best wishes. Big game for us tomorrow...i have a feeling Davis is going to make a statement but must admit Graves and company have me a little nervous the closer we get to the game. I can't wait.
I haven't heard anything man. I didn't watch the 2nd half last week. I'm trying to catch the 1st half tonight.
Hey Pioneer, my sources tell me Kalip Jones is suspended. I don't know why or even if that's true. I think we still win big. Maybe not as big but still a convincing win.
Thanks Chucksteel72 glad he is not hurt. This is very interesting. As under appreciated as that kid is, the fans/coach's won't even know. Lol...send him this way so he can get a ring..On the real...I hope it was not fighting, 3 games would be a big lose. Chucksteel72, you better be glad you didn't have Bryd / LB or heritage in the playoffs. You guys will be fine tonight but the more weapons the better. Fun fact with our game against Appomattox and salem/Dinwiddie you guys are back page news anyway....
I don't know anyone affiliated with SR football that believes Jones isn't a big part of the teams success. Don't quote me on this but I believe the suspension may have been because of a couple late hit penalties. I'm not really sure.We are gonna definitely miss him. There's a couple youngsters who will fill in nicely I believe. Kind of excited to see what the game plan will look like now. I was planning on leaving the game at halftime. I figured we would be up 50-0 by then and the 2nd team would get the keys to the race car. But it might be 32-6 at halftime now lol. Not sure what you meant about better be glad we didn't have Byrd,Heritage or LB in the playoffs. I'm guessing you are talking about last year? Well Byrd is 4a and a good team. Last year the game was played in a swamp. SR led 6-0 with 2 minutes to play in the halfuture and Basham scored on a 4th and 34 to tie it at 6 apiece. He had been held in check until that run. Then in the 2nd half he had a hell of a game and we put the ball on the ground at least twice on the wrong side of the field. Bad game for us to play bad. LB on the other hand got their asses handed to them. I wanna say 75-29? 79-25? Could've been worse! Heritage would've been a good game. Hard to really know what would have happened. Appomattox /Heritage and Salem/Dinwiddie will be great game's. We won't get mentioned in the headlines until week 6 when we travel to LB. Both teams should be undefeated at that point,barring something disastrous. Have fun tonight.
