Although the article does not say, I would guess the kicks will have to be squibbed in some manner or popped directly up (and any smart receiving team will simply signal for a fair catch if the ball is popped up). This will certainly kill a lot more chances for successful onsides kicks.So is the idea that onside kicks have to be lower & bounce multiple times?
