New to the boards, even though Ive watched them thoroughly over the years from my playing days to now. It is great to see the teams of the NND playing well. We have 4 teams that are arguably in the Top 15 teams in the state. It wasn’t like that back when I played. Usually the NND title was between Essex and W&L and the region came down to those 2 teams and KW. It’s great to see more teams become competitive over the years. I just wish the numbers were there like back in the early to mid 00’s. Good to see Coach Jones back at Essex and even better to see Joe Taylor back at W&L. Other than that, I can’t wait for district play. Went to the Essex/Sussex game and KW/W&L game and I caught the high school football fever again. Good luck to all the NND teams!
