Ocean Lakes sophomore Eric Crosby, a 6-foot-2, 260-pounder, who has lined up at defensive end, defensive tackle, linebacker, running back and even punter for the Dolphins picked up an offer from Virginia Tech today.
After not having scored a rushing touchdown all season, the Class of 2017 standout found the end zone four times against Oscar Smith on Friday night in a 49-28 state semifinal win during which he rushed for 128 yards on just seven carries also notching two tackles and a sack from the defensive side of the ball.
The Hokies join Old Dominion and Virginia as programs who have extended offers to the big man.
