Using Cal Preps ratings and the info at their site I calculated the probabilities each team would win a state title.

56.7% L.C. Bird (3:4)
31.05% Tuscarora (2:1)
9.23% Massaponax (10:1)
2.22% Salem (32:1)

Here's the probabilities according to VHSL-Reference.com
30.25% Tuscarora (5:2)
23.63% L.C. Bird (3:1)
23.63% Salem (3:1)
22.50% Massaponax (7:2)
