Darius George scored 30 points to lead the Leemen to the win. Lee was up by a decent margin in the 4th but....Draft is the craziest team I've seen. They can get hot and come from 10-20 down in a few minutes...or not be hitting and fall behind by 30. They have greatly improved since the beginning of the season and are going to be a tough out come postseason.
Lee has now won 4 in a row and will play Wilson Memorial Thursday and Broadway Friday. They had a game listed for Tuesday against Fort Defiance but...it looks like that game got moved to the 20th for some reason. I'm guessing county exams.
For Valley fans....Spotswood fell to William Fleming 62-56. Fort Defiance fell to Rockbridge 51-45. Broadway fell to Lord Botetourt 66-63. I know they are 3A but...thought I'd share.
