RE Lee's Darius George off to where now??

Is this for real? I'm not disputing, I just hadn't heard yet. On the girls side, I have heard through the grapevine that some private schools are after Secret Bryant's services. I have not talked to her or her father to confirm or deny, but it is a rumor floating around at the moment.
I would not be surprised at a private school poaching him, but I do hope he stays. He is a great kid, and has so much potential on the court. He has not even come close to his "basketball-potential-ceiling" as it is very high. Kind of reminds me of a Kevin Durant type (not as a pro prospect, but for a high schooler) with his build and some aspects of his game.

How did the private school idea work out for the Lee guy from last year? (Sorry but the name escapes me.) We haven't heard much about him. He would be able to give Darius the benefit of his experience making that decision.

Today I am a little more in the loop... I have not spoken with Darius personally, but through a source I trust: the option of transferring to a private school is available but he is not transferring (at least not yet).
I'm sure that he and his family will explore his options and when the private schools start telling him he can go there for free, get a better education, gain an extra year of eligibility, potentially play for a better coach/system/program, and improve his chances to play college hoops, it will be tough for Lee to keep him IMO.
