Now we see that if they win, that both #1 seeds will TRAVEL to a lower seed/rating. And it could actually be both 1 seeds traveling to 4 seeds.

I am visual so telling me how that was going to look wouldn’t make as much sense as actually seeing it and I was taking a slight jab at Appo (whom I respect a ton) with the play on words of C versus “see” and knowing that unfortunately they will travel in semis and championship week if they advance.

To further this, if both 1 seeds made the Championship, both of them had the same rating, so I can see that as Predetermined almost (and obviously IF my team makes it there it benefits me). Heck, I even understand a Predetermined "side" hosting throwing out the ratings/record/seed because not doing the neutral site for normal years.

But Semifinals have been hosted by higher seed (or ratings) for YEARS. There was absolutely zero reason that I can think of for that to change. Maybe there is a reason and I just missed it.

Now Union makes it look better as they are 5-2, but Amelia and Poquoson both have 3 wins at this time. They could be fine teams and are fully capable I am sure. But this is kind of telling.

The ironic thing is that if we had ended with the 4 #1s then it would have been what is set.
