The Red Devils had a great season last year, but lost a lot to graduation. I always pull for them because they are such underdogs. This season will be tough sledding maybe 3-7 or 4-6 might be as good as it gets.

I said this on a different post, since this is about Rustburg I will put it here. They have a major qb problem, and it showed at the recent 7 on 7. Coach Baker has worked magic with less than great qb's before I just don't see it happening this year. I would say change the offense to a conservative run style and utilize the decent line and good running backs they have. I doubt they will be that drastic so 3-7 seems right

I'll give the quarterback a year. But, Rustburg is always known for their running game their line and their defense. At the very least the running game will be good. That schedule looks pretty tough for them. They might win 3 games...

The defense could be a little different this year as they lost their defensive coordinator to another program. He did a tremendous job of getting the most out of what he had. We all seem to agree that around 3 wins is about all they will muster.
@aimhighveteran They have been using a hurry-up run spread the last few years and I expect that to continue. However, you maybe right a wishbone or wing style offense would better suit the players they have. I really doubt they go to that, but it is a good idea.

Mullins went to Western Albermarle. Great coach and person.

Big pick up for them , WA defense hasn't been very good .

So what 3 wins will they get..bassett, Altavista,Liberty, maybe these 3 games that look promissing,you never know which team will show up an any given friday night,good luck to all..

My cousin is on this team they will be better than that. Keep bashing them if you want yall will see them in the playoffs
