They have not been competitive since 2012
Nick did a great job. The biggest win they had was over PH. The other wins were against teams that didn't make the playoffs or lost first round. I stand by my statement that CS has not been a factor since 2012 and lost any chance of becoming one when Nick left.Nick did really well over there for his two years. Took over a nothing from Fulton, went 3-7 in year one but had them competitive in several losses, came back in 2022 and took them to 6-4 in the regular season, the only team they didn't make up ground on that season compared to 2021 was Salem (lost by 35 each year). Turned quite a few 2021 losses into 2022 wins, only one game went in the reverse.
Nick had them trending the right way for sure. Like most places, good coaching does wonders.
Hopefully WF doesn't do the same when Leftwich leaves after this season.Cave has really dropped off a cliff since Leftwich left
Ok, I'll bite. Where is Leftwich going next year? I do know you often know things others do not----at least about high school football.Hopefully WF doesn't do the same when Leftwich leaves after this season.
