A real weight room! The ribbon cutting for the new LCHS building was today. Beautiful school and facilities, which will hopefully get more kids excited to come out, work hard, and help take the program to the next level. Some photos:

Real nice. Much better than your average HS. Getting off the mat when you've been knocked down is hard to do. Well done Louisa and GL in 2015.

Another member on the boards sent me a copy of his "experiment" with a drone. Awesome! He overflow a golf course. The best shot was when he appeared to be flying through a "V" between the branches of a tree and breaks out over another beautiful fairway.

Going thru withdraws this is the 1st. year in 16 years that I do not have a child playing a V sport in Louisa. My youngest class of 2015 goes to Penn State Harrisburg the 15th to play Volleyball. I will still be on the Lions sideline. Good Luck to all
