Who will be the team to beat this year in 3A? Will Spotswood win again for the 3rd year in a row? What teams can step up and challenge the girls from Penn Laird?

Good start for the Blazers, playing most of the night without Dofflemyer and all of it without Houlbrooke.
Up by as much as 26, but sloppy fourth and they win by 14. Lot's of good teams out there this year:
Broadway, TA, Hidden Valley. Monticello, Hougenout, John Marshall, just to name a few. Spotswood
is young but should continue to get better each week.

They are going to be tough again this year, even though they lost some key players (Dotson being the biggest loss) from last year's team. They have put together a solid program. I would like to see Broadway win it this year but I'm not sure what exactly they have yet. They didn't have a lot of players on their squads last year.


I have yet to see any BBall, as I am still keeping up with HS football.... Not ready for bball yet! lol

Spotswood beaten by 13 at home last night by Monticello. Different team without Dofflemyer. They are actually pretty young. They will have to grow up quick because last night was rough. Monticello is big and experienced. I trust Dodson and his staff to get the Blazers better, but Dofflemyer not playing hurts a lot. They need a leader.
