Strasburg at Clarke County Bull Run Game of the week

This is the biggest game of the year for both teams and the Bull Run.

Clarke does what Clarke always does. They want to control the line of scrimmage and run it down your throat. Palmer is a stud at running back. Sipe holds it down at the quarterback position.

Strasburg likes to run it as well. Strasburg has four backs I believe over 300 yards rushing. They have brusier in Bozworth, Speedster in Coates and Martinez is a mix of both.

The key to this game for me is which set of hogs upfront can win the battle in the trenches.

Hopefully this game lives up to the build up, the hype, and the records. I feel like it should. Both teams know what each other want to do so there will no shock and awe. Should be a packed house with the Bull Run Title on the line depending how the winner finishes the remainder of the season. As an Eagles fan I'm rooting for CC but Strasburg is tough. I say 28-21 CC but that is with Oange and Blue glasses on. Either team is capable of winning this game.

Either I'd definitely capable. I have the same score just the other way. I still bleed purple. Just hoping the refs don't impact the game in a bad way

Trust and believe I am a fan of smashmouth football so I can’t wait to see it. There are several ways to run power and these teams know how to get it done.

Interested to see if either team tries something different coming out at the beginning of the game on their 1st drives. Try to gain an advantage. If either team gets out in front by 2 scores it will be tough to come back with how the offenses like to control the ball and run the clock. Like most games with 2 equally talented teams turnovers and special teams could/ will be huge

Very true. Turnovers, Penalties and LOS play will be key. I haven't seen Sipe throw the ball. Can he spin it when he needs to. I know Hough can for the Rams a little bit.

Sipe throws it decent when asked to which isn't very often in this offense. The kid is very smart and runs well. His stats aren't great in that department but he can throw it a little

Then both teams are mirror images then. Hopefully it is a good game and everyone comes out healthy

The atmosphere was surely electric, Strasburg brought a huge, loud contingent that went back and forth with Clarkes crowd and the noise levels on my video camera were blowing up. I said before the game that the winners defense would be the difference, but both defense's played lights out.
