The battles of Powers

Giles always there. Glenvar a recent newcomer. Still nonetheless this select bunch of kids(glenvar) represent a special time. Hopefully one where there fans will not take for granted. Giles fans I am sure through the years have learned this. We Blacksburg fans can only clamor of the late 70's and Mid to late 80's. Heck Radford has had their close moments. One must not forget even Floyd played for a few titles. The one constant though when I thought this out is GILES. WOW! So much a constant fanbases thrive to be their rivals. Glenvar has finally walked a bit. The last two years that is. Getting over the pinnacle must have been nice after all the talk. I beg you not forget. Giles is still the constant. The game last Saturday was a battle of two fine teams. Glenvar you won. Are you the better of two powers? Well Giles did have a few things go against. #1 a short week. Yes I know # 7 was suspended or whatever. Let's let that slide. Plenty of season left. Will there be a game rematch? Hopefully if so we see the players play it out. No injuries. Just a battle. If you don't play again which team will go further? The vaunted Dline of Glenvar. Or will the single wing find ways to confuse opponents. Glenvar you got game one. Question is were you the best team? This Bruin fan wonders. I was there of course. Love physical games. It was! My biggest question is are you two in reality #1 and #2 in 2A state? Argument last year says maybe so. ! Again both fanbases enjoy the season. Not always a given!
