After the bad performance against Gretna..Trojans are looking really good. Should be 4-1 going into the GW game.
Who do they have next? After the bad performance against Gretna..Trojans are looking really good. Should be 4-1 going into the GW game.
Halifax and Martinsville. Should beat both. Martinsville has 2 very good RBs and Halifax is playing better. Tunstall always plays GW tough even when they’re down so a 4-1 Tunstall team will be interesting.Who do they have next?

Toss up for me. Tunstall is a lot more disciplined imo.. Program is in better shape. I’m hopeful Halifax can be competitive when they hit 4a next year. Their baseball program should dominate.I have Halifax beating Tunstall.
LCA baseball might have something to say about that. They have lost 1-2 games in the last two years.Toss up for me. Tunstall is a lot more disciplined imo.. Program is in better shape. I’m hopeful Halifax can be competitive when they hit 4a next year. Their baseball program should dominate.
Halifax lost in the state championship in 2017 and lost in the semi’s this past year. Halifax, Amherst, JF, and LCA will be very fun to watch on the diamond during Region D play. Halifax has a very good basketball program as well. They will be a very good addition to 4D.LCA baseball might have something to say about that. They have lost 1-2 games in the last two years.
Now that I think about it, I believe LCA is dropping to 3A in 2019...almost guaranteed state championship in baseball.Halifax lost in the state championship in 2017 and lost in the semi’s this past year. You’re exactly right. Halifax will take their place and contend in 4a. If Halifax’s football catches up with their other sports then 4D will be the deepest Region in 4a hands down. Now that I think about it, I believe LCA is dropping to 3A in 2019...almost guaranteed state championship in baseball.
LOL that's a big "IF."You’re exactly right. Halifax will take their place and contend in 4a. If Halifax’s football catches up with their other sports then 4D will be the deepest Region in 4a hands down.
Salem will be in the mix for Reg D as well. They return a lot from last year's championship squad.Halifax lost in the state championship in 2017 and lost in the semi’s this past year. I started playing baseball in Halifax when I was 6-11. I was a pitcher and it was very competitive.

The whole area (Halifax, Pittsylvania, Henry and Martinsville) is down in football. It’s GW and nothing else until you get to Lynchburg as far as Pittsylvania County football goes. I feel like Tunstall will probably be better than Gretna at the end of the season. I was shocked Gretna lost to Radford the other night.I'm not sold on Tunstall yet. Yes, they've won two since losing to Gretna, but thise 2 teams are also a combined 1-7.
Salem will be in the mix for Reg D as well. They return a lot from last year's championship squad.

Yeah I shrunk, promising NBA career down the tubes.I did not know you were 6-11 at one time. Did you play basketball?
