Tuscorora vs Martinsburg, WV

Should be a good one Friday night in Martinsburg. The 4 time defending WV AAA State Champions look to avenge their only loss 35-34 in 2013. Both team are 3-0 this season. Last week Tuscorora defeated Loudon Valley 42-7 & Martinsburg defeated a tough State College, Pa 27-21. Both teams like to run the ball; Tuscorora with Noah Reimers & Martinsburg with Tre Boyd & Deamonte Lindsay (A WVU recruit)...Who ever runs the ball better will probably win. A side note Martinsburg has not lost a home game since 2009...Urbana, Md was the last visiting team to win at Martinsburg.

Tuscarora defeats Martinsburg at home this year, Tuscarora much better than last year, and I don't think Martinsburg is as good as last year. Just my opinion, but I got Tuscarora 31-21. This is probably the best Tuscarora team since the school opened.

If a visiting team wins at Martinsburg they will be at least two touchdowns better in reality.

A good defensive battle between to evenly matched teams. Martinsburg scored on the opening kickoff only 8 seconds into the game. Went up 14-0 but Tuscarora has battled back to tie the game.

Tuscarora outscores Martinsburg 26-7 in the second hafl to win going away and defeat Martinsburg for the second straight year. Noah Riemers runs rampant for 257 yards to hand Martinsburg their 1st home loss since 2009. The last team to defeat Martinsburg at home was Urbana, MD. Tuscarora is now 4-0 while Martinsburg drops to 3-1 and completes the out of state portion of their schedule. Up next for Martinsburg is their 1st road game of the season a 3 hour trip to play Morgantown.
