Quarterback Jason Williams was recognized for his skills and may have been the top quarterback at the US Army Bowl combine. Coaches said he has a good arm and was accurate in his throws. Williams is already a 3-year starter at Salem High School in Virginia Beach and he has offers from Hampton, Charlotte and Penn.
