757Friday, it's actually worse that you can ever imagine. They have Ocean Lakes, Indian River and several other public school kids (that are not part of BSCHS) coming over everyday training (Mon - Thu) with Coach Scott and his staff, come on over if you want to see the elite of 757. There are several kids that have openly admitted to the NEW BSCHS football coaching staff recruiting them to come to BSCHS but it is up to the VISAA to investigate these allegations. Private Schools (that are part of the VISAA, which BSCHS is one) do have rules on recruiting but the enforcement part is where they are found lacking. As far as this so called Virginia Catholic High School League is concerned looks like it is going to be a non-starter as most of the schools have backed out due to the recruiting perceptions of BSCHS. The real problem is that BSCHS is part of the TCIS and they have to follow the TCIS rules if they want to stay a part of that organization. The real question is will the TCIS let BSCHS (football only) out of the TCIS and how does that effect the overall sports program at BSCHS.
