Hello. I've noticed that my Gold status has dropped from 57 to 29 in the month of December 2014. If you go to my page on here, you will see a post on 12-13-14 titled "Altavista-Essex", my gold status was 57. Then when I posted again on 12-22-14 titled "Next Year", it had dropped down to 29. On top of that, I've notice that my gold status has been at 57 since the summer. I thought it goes up 1 every month when you are a paying subscriber? I've been paying for years now. I've sent 3 emails to you guys about this. Two were to VaPreps@aol.com. today. Neither of the emails work. I got both of them from the "Contact us" section on this page.I'm hoping that you will fix the issue I'm having. It's not like I win a prize for the my Gold status, I just want what I've earned....Thanks

Unfortunately, that is not something that is within the scope of power for the individual sites on the Rivals.com network.

You will want to contact Rivals Customer Support for help with that issue which you can do by calling 1-866-274-8257 between the hours of 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. CST, Monday-Friday.

I do know that there have been MAJOR changes to the skeleton of support for the network (all new servers and several programming changes) in scope of some upcoming changes, so the shield numbers may be a casualty of those modifications.
