Westmoreland wins 50-40 in OT. CB missed two free throws with 6 seconds to go in regulation, that would have won it for them. All Westmoreland in OT. I'm a Region A supporter, but both of these teams are far behind the top teams out west like Honaker, George Wythe, JI Burton, Galax, as well as Buffalo Gap in Region B.
