I’ve watched these threads for years and love watching Seminole football. Have tried to refrain from making an account but since all I see is people getting political on here I decided to make an account and see if we can leave that out of the equation.

we will assume we are having a season as planned

what aspect(s) will make or break your team’s season this spring?

For Glass I think it is relatively simple - will there be a new slew of playmakers to fill the big shoes of Kendrick, foster, Ayers, many others

For JF I think it will be finding enough tough kids from last year’s JV squad to fill the holes of graduating a solid senior class and losing several more to LCA.

will one year be enough for coach Christmas to turn things around? Will they be able to find a rhythm in an offense that couldn’t put points up last year?

rustburg... if you don’t show up 100% they can throw a wrench in your season. Any key players for them coming up besides the QB?

would love to see some thoughts on heritage, LCA (and additions of all of thre recruits), Liberty, and brookville

Welcome to the board as a poster.

From one seminole fan to another. Welcome to the Board!

For Heritage, what will their offense look like with the loss of Rivera and Vaughan graduating, and Rucker transferring to Brookville? If they can produce a strong running game in spite of the losses, they will still be the team to beat in the Seminole.

LCA - depth is always the make or break for them. They usually have great players on the field, but most of those guys can never leave the field and get a break. If LCA has the numbers/depth, they could challenge Heritage this year, Especially with the transfers they have. Only thing is, LCA and Heritage don't play each other this go around. I hope they meet in the playoffs?

Liberty- Need more athletes. If they can have the amount of athletes and playmakers they had on the 2018 team, they will be more competitive than what they were last season. I'm a big believer in Whorley and Gilmore. They should be two of the biggest playmakers in the seminole this season.

Brookville- They had an uncharacteristic season last year. With more experience, and the addition of Blake and Rucker from Heritage, Brookville will be very competitive. I would circle their games between LCA and Heritage as the games to watch this year.

Being a Glass fan, the make or break is no doubt the offensive and defensive lines. You lose, Fretz, Wheat, Ayers, Dunlop, Paige and Merriman in one year? Going to be tough to replace those guys in one season. If they can reload in those places, they'll have no problem being near the top again. RB is also a huge question mark too.

Can't wait for football to come back!
