Well, they were looking good right up to their loss against South Lakes. SL's line just dominated them on both sides of the ball--the funny thing is that SL was very vulnerable against the pass, and previous LB teams would have taken advantage of it, but this was a run-based Bruins offense and they just couldn't get anything going until they were way behind and had to start throwing it. Not sure why Mansaray didn't play a bigger role in the offense, but ultimately they just didn't seem to match up well against South Lakes.
Battlefield won a state championship alternating quarterbacks on each play, so I can't criticize LB for doing that.
