Myself and a lot of other Woodgrove parents thought Riverside would be a toughwer opponent this year. Riverside was 5-1 and off to their best season ever & Woodgrove was coming off a two week hiatus.
Thankfully the Wolverines dominated the line of scrimmage on both sides of ball and played their brand of smash mouth football from start to finish. Final score was 43-7.
Next up for Woodgrove is @ post bye week 3-3 Dominion, who lost to Riverside 27-7 last week. Do not look past Dominion lads!

Riverside had the best punter I have ever seen play H.S. football! The kid was an excellent place kicker as well. # 7 for Riverside was excellent on the D side of ball as well. The players loved the tractor chant from the Riverside students; unfortunately most of the players have only driven their parents lawnmowers! We still have a few players who know their way around the farm though.
LOL moment, it took the midfield pre-game coin toss about 5-6 minutes to get the refs speech and that picture taken with multiple re-dos on coin toss!
