Richmond area transfers

Looks like Trinity Episcopal is loading up with talented transfers.... According to twitter Trevion Armstrong a 3 star WR from Matoaca, who verbally committed to ODU in June, and Blake Bowen a QB from Matoaca are coming in and reclassifying at Trinity. From what I hear, the transfer stems from Chesterfield County denying a waiver for Armstrong to play for Manchester this year.
