While it would still be several games away, if it were to happen at all, there's a matchup out there that one day could happen. I can only sit here and wonder how big the crowd would be if Washington and Lee, led by former Cougar head coach Todd Jones, were to make it to Salem to face the Auburn Eagles, led by former Cougar head coach Jack Turner. You would have Cougar fans, Eagle fans from both sides, and plenty of others from around the area who would just be curious to see how it turned out. Again, not trying to say it would happen this season, but if both coaches stay with their current programs it could be something to see in the future. Thoughts?

That would be very interesting for sure Dave. Don't think it will happen this year. I actually don't think w&l will get by Parry Mccluer. They are very good and physical. The thought is entertaining though.

I'd go with Turner all day. Turner is the better coach IMO. However I am grateful Jones came to PC a few years. Had Turner stayed we would have never beat the Cougars in what was the renewed rivalry.
I'm upset Mathew ended the series. That game makes lots of money for both schools. I like the play anybody anywhere attitude. Mathew however is looking at it from a different angle.
