Kip Green added 17 points for Giles which outscored Narrows 14-5 in the third period to overcome a five-point halftime deficit.
The Green Wave (0-2) was led by Logan Conley with 16 points, Wyatt Freeman, who posted a double-double, with 12 points and 12 rebounds, and Dustin Wiley with 11 points.
