Martinsville boys fell to Morehead 54- 52. After a Bulldog turnover, Rashawn Clark scored with 1.8 seconds remaining to Morehead the win. Jaylon Bennett led all scorers with 18 points and T.J. Pettway added 12 points for Martinsville.

4 losses so far by a total of 19 points. It's going to be an up and down year. Dogs just need to keep plugging along and work towards the post season.

Don’t know how to gauge this one. Morehead almost one of the best teams in NC (Mt Airy) and now they beat Martinsville. Morehead also struggled with Tunstall and lost to one of the worst programs in NC..Barlett Yancey.

Morehead was hitting some 3's to stay in it in the 1st half. Dogs up by 5 at the half, and tied after 3. Back in forth in the the 4th and Morehead made one more play. Martinsville looked tired in the 2nd half, no excuses but it was their 3rd game in 3 nights. And they got to get ready for McMichael tomorrow night, who gave Carlilse a good game before losing 83-69.

DSH, you'd have to see them play to really to get a feel 4 the team. I have some thoughts on the game but I will keep my comments to myself for the time being. I will agree with HP1, they kinda ran out of gas but that was not the only contributing factor in the loss to Morehead.
