Boys Soccer at Spring Break - Regions A and B

This is what I have as of now (fix or add results as needed)

It looks like Rapp-Warsaw, ARGS, and Northumberland are the top three right now in Regions A and B. Middlesex and Stonewall look to be in top 5.

Region A - NND, Tidewater, Tri Rivers, Eastern Shore

NND
1) Rappahannock 3-0
2) Northumberland 3-1-1 (only loss in OT and tie to a good 2A)
3) Washington and Lee 2-3 (beat 2A KW and 3A James Monroe, lost close ones)
4) Essex 0-4-1
5) Lancaster 0-4

others - Middlesex 3-1, West Point 3-2-1, Mathews 2-4, Northampton 1-3, Surry 0-3, Franklin 2-2, Chincoteague 0-0, others?

2A KW and Nandua are 3-1, 2A Arcadia 3-1-1

4) Central L
5) Riverheads
6) Rapp Co.
7) Cumberland
8) Carver
9) Galileo
10) Charles City (may have folded)

Region C and D usually top dog Galax is 4-2-1.

Galax has won last three matches by a total of 15-0. Lost and tied to bigger schools.

Charles City doesn't have a team this year. They would also be in Region A, not Region B.

Mathews have dealing with some injuries from what I heard. Haven't been healthy since the first Rapp meeting. They didn't have 3 starters the other night versus Northumberland. Spring break couldn't come soon enough for those guys.

It looked like Charles City had dropped all of their games this year.

Also King & Queen Central & Chincoteague from Region A have all dropped programs for this season? Can anyone confirm if this correct?

King & Queen have a schedule posted on their school website but those games appear to be canceled on other teams rSchool sites. Same for Chincoteague but I could never find a posted schedule for them.

Chincoteague doesn't have soccer this season and I believe King and Queen only has a JV team this season.

It would help if those in charge at a few schools would post their Spring Sports results like they are supposed to according to the VHSL (heck, only three weeks late).

Many strong ADs update daily...a few, well...


Surprised WP tied Essex....did not expect that - I see WP amended the situation the next meeting (7-0) so maybe they will be competitive after all.

Charles City dropped soccer. I hear they don't have baseball either. They didn't have football this year. What is going on there?
