In Region C...I don't recall any big wins by 2A over bigger, really good schools so your not going to see the big bonus points like in last few years as the season plays out. Appo will likely win out and climb to #1. Winner of the Glenvar/Giles/Floyd matchups #2. Winner of Gretna/DR at #3; runnerup on Glenvar/Giles/Floyd at #4.

Region D will most likely finish with Graham, Union, Marion and Richlands or V High in top 4. Not necessarily in that order.

Thought it was interesting how Dan River is spot above Gretna with Dan River having a loss. Gretna's opponents only have one win in 3a Tusntall but Dan River has beat a bad 4a Bassett and a bad 5a Halifax that comes with lots of points

I don't know if they can make the system more fair when awarding points for wins over weaker bigger schools versus wins over good smaller schools but in the end you just gotta "win baby win".

Gretna's wins are all against bad teams too. Brunswick, Nottoway, and Radford are ALL winless 2A schools !!! So don't get carried away.
