Cavaliers win on the road to improve to 17-3, 9-2. David Ware led the way with 36 points and nine rebounds (per the Free Lance-Star). They’re at home Friday for the big regular season finale with James Monroe that will decide the top spot in the Battlefield District.

Chancellor falls to 6-14, 3-8 and closes the regular season at Eastern View tomorrow night.

Chancellor handed Caroline’s JV its first district loss of the season, 51-45. Caroline is now 18-2, 10-1. The same two teams will meet for the district title on Feb. 14, a rematch of last season’s championship game won by the Cavaliers.
