Norcom overcame a double-digit deficit for a come from behind 77-70 win over John Marshall in a game that was played with playoff intensity. Senior Travis Fields scored 26 points and was the catalyst in the Greyhounds erasing a 10-point lead heading into the 4th quarter.

Fields provided a spark by scoring five straight points early in the fourth and then finding sophomore Darien Allison for two huge 3-pointers, the second with 4:30 remaining, to bring Norcom to within one (65-64).

Travis Ingram sent the crowd into a frenzy with a high flying dunk and he rocked the rim again a few minutes later with another throwdown. He was fouled and his free throw gave Norcom a 73-70 lead. Fields made all four free throws to seal the deal. In addition to his 26 points, Fields also contributed five steals. Ingram had 15 points and five rebounds. Junior forward Kevin Davis scored 12 of his 14 points in the 3rd quarter.

John Marshall threatened to blow the game out early holding a 13-point lead with a little less than three minutes remaining in the second quarter. Xavier Trent finished with 19 points with four treys and four rebounds. Greg Jones scored 15 points while pulling down 12 boards while Isaiah Anderson added 8 points and 14 rebounds. Guard Jeremy Carter-Sheppard finished with 12 points.
