A lot of changes over the years, Briar Woods and Broad Run won 5 in a row and now Broad Run and Tuscarora are back and Woodgrove is gone. Dinwiddie and Lake Taylor dropped down and were dominant for a few years. You tend to have runs by great teams like Phoebus, Highland Springs, Westfield, Salem consistency. This kind of surprised me but eastern region has not been as dominant the last few years.
