Clarke County 31 Handley 10 Final

Got a chance to watch Clark. Are they trying to kill the sophomore RB? 33 carries in week 1 and 40 carries yday?
2 things I took away from the Handley game: (1) #21 just might break his predecessor's rushing record and (2) if the o-line doesn't block better when the QB's number is called, they will need a new QB soon. He took some heavy shots. I doubt I get to see CC again until the playoffs but they are really good.
For such a beautiful stadium, the atmosphere for the game itself was non-existent. The visitors side could barely hear the announcer, the concession stand is POORLY run (my hamburger was raw right off the grill, they also kept running out of Chick-fil-a sandwiches, and the drinks weren't very cold at all). The band played well.
Marshall, didn't get to meet up with you, but I'm the idiot who kept yelling "No penalty flags, spot the ball, first down, EAGLES!" in homage to our announcer at Clarke home games. My family gets embarrassed, that only emboldens me.

Winning will get the Handley Bowl back to a place to be on Saturday afternoons. I came away impressed with their Coach and his staff. They are on the right track. By the way, how many coaches does Clark have, need??
From the Clarke County Athletics site, looks like 10 coaches. I never really paid much attention. It's Clarke, btw, not Clark.
Pay no mind to the trolling from Pioneer as he knows how to spell Clarke... He get's on here at any opportunity he can to badmouth or throw little jabs at Clarke and its coaches. Anyone who has ever read any of his posts can see right through it....... So easy (yet sad) to to do from a keyboard.
I have a short memory. Negative stuff goes in the archives and I rarely re-hash it. There are those who troll with several ID's, so I just shake my head and go on.
I did notice one thing about the Clarke coaches...they are some BIG men. They obviously spend a lot of time in the weight room. Looks like that has rubbed off on the Clarke team.
Some parents from Clark have brought that up. Innuendos are out there no question.
I was not implying anything. Do not use my observation of the coaches being in good shape as innuendo or anything else. Spending time in the weight room should not be something to be wary of. You want to bash Clarke? Go ahead but do not use my post to make assertions of something untoward. You are skating on thin ice.
Really man???? Enough is enough with what you try to do to the progam/kids/coaches at Clarke. This is utter nonsense... My son plays for Clarke and the weight room is stressed throughout the program for sure. I don't know any successful program that doesn't emphasize the same. So what's wrong if the coaches lead by example in the weight room?! Coaches and kids get after it at Clarke. Hats off to the coaches for doing what they preach themselves.

Providing a little feedback for you gents. This was strictly the coaches they were talking bout. There was a high school coach from West Springfield booked for PEDs years ago. Hostile message- boarders, man.

No repetitive negative posting. What
makes a repetitive post? If you come to the forum and consistently say
the exact same thing about the exact same topic day in and day out,
that is being repetitive. Be sure to understand that no one is saying
that you can not be critical. But this site will not be overrun by the
same people coming on the site day after day saying the same negative
things.
