With the 2011-2012 basketball season quickly coming to a conclusion, we are looking to update our top prospect lists. Know of a Class of 2015
(freshman!) standout that deserves to be considered? Please let us know.
Below are two freshman that have popped on to the scene this season! Certainly there are many more, so please let us know about them!
A.J.
Robinson recently finished his freshman basketball year at Tuscarora (Leesburg, VA). He played both guard spots for the varisty team this season. Only 14, Robinson led the team in assists, three point shots, and was the 2nd leading scorer. He was also a top ten scorer in the Dulles District.
Andrien
‘Jaire’ White from Thomas Dale (Chester, VA) is a? 6-foot-0
guard. This freshman phenom has quietly averaged around 12 ppg as a starter and has gone over 20 points 3 times this season. White is the younger brother of Kansas signee, Andrew White. But, he is making a name in his own right and is stepping out of his brother’s shadow, as a 9th grader. He possesses the same beautiful stroke his brother does and has range beyond the high school line.
