I think stats beg to differ, especially with what she had to work with or lack thereof, constant double and triple teams and still carried her team to the State Tournament, playing the entire game night in and night out. I can say with confidence that the other young lady had plenty of help surrounding her and stats were Nowhere near Boyds.

If they went by stats. Player of the year would have been lucky to make 2nd Team.
