Slow start for mv offense.. defense is swarming 5 Dr turnovers in 1st half.

MV coaching staff gonna have to take a long look at themselves 1st then at the players and figure out how to get some discipline on this team. I know it's 1st game but damn that was awful. We got 4 kids who suppose to be water boys on sidelines playing 2 hand touch throwing football everywhere. Players throwing helmets getting unsportmanship penalties, how many did we have 4? QB looks like he's bout to go to sleep. Gonna be a long season. No running game at all. But the discipline is what bothers me the most.
Yea. Way to many penalties.. i bet it was over 100 yards. Then one player ejection.. just make a play and do it again, all the chest pounding uncalled for. Thats a game where emotions could have easily got out of hand. Favero was very vocal on the first one against pritchett, so im sure he will address it this week.
We will see if it gets cleared up, but i do know monday practice will not be fun, and that a fact.. if their offense starts gelling they have the potential to make a deep run this year, it would be ashame to lose it off stupid penalties and suspensions..
