*Falls Church would win tie-breaker F so I'm confident I have the seed correct even if I didn't interpret tie-breaker E correctly. "(e) Schools that played an opponent with nine-game schedules shall be seeded ahead of opponents who played 10-game schedules."

Playoff Matchups
#9 Briar Woods @ #8 Patrick Henry (Ash)

#13 Orange @ #4 Potomac Falls
#14 Atlee @ #3 Stone Bridge
#15 Mountain View @ #2 Brooke Point
#16 Marshall @ #1 Massaponax

This is what the WP has. Not sure where to begin. There's no way North Stafford and Briar Woods are ranked above PH-Roa. 4-6 are scrambled. They have Atlee and Lee making the playoffs, I have Orange and Mountain View. I guess we'll find out from VHSL on Sunday.

I thought non-VHSL games did not count at all?

As long as they're a public school, it doesn't matter what state they are in. VHSL will class them 1-6 based on student population. They may have different exceptions for charters, privates, academy's, etc.

I thought VHSL was supposed to release official final ratings by noon Sunday...

VHSL is saying Broad Run beat them on tie-breaker G. I don't think they interpreted E correctly. Albemarle played Monticello, which had a 9 game schedule. They played Cesar Shaves Charter school, which VHSL doesn't recognize.
