Where can I find some info on playoff history(football in Virginia)? I have found somethings on google but don't know how accurate it is...

I had another link to individual player stats and records but its dead now. I will look into digging it up from cyber space.
Ok in the link I posted above. If you go to the top of the page and click site map. Then look under the Misc. Link. There you will find the VHSL football record book.
This will open a pdf. Individual records are 4 pages down. 2015 is the latest records I have found they are probably updated every 2 years I would say.

Here's another link that trapped me for an entire weekend. This guy's research, sourced primarily from newspaper articles, is amazing.

Its cool to see what all the teams in V.A. have accomplished over the years. Powell Valley and Appalacha still amazes me with the runs they had. Just imagine what might have been.
No...just want to know about some of the programs that Idon't get a chance to see. I always been a student of the game...
This site, http://www.cougarfootball.net/, used to have a breakdown of the playoffs going back to the beginning in 1970. I tried to find it for you on there last night and could not for the life of me locate. I *think* I downloaded it all at some point and will try to locate that spreadsheet for you. They stopped updating it around 2010 but it was fascinating to see the playoffs broken down division by division for each year from 1970-~2010.
Playing in the smallest third of schools in the state with not one, but two future NFL running backs, and a pretty darn good coach will do that. Having to play against that made Appy stronger too.
