Congrats to Essex 2015 grad Larkin Gross (Jr. at Methodist) and the rest of the Methodist University Monarchs Golf team on winning the 2018 NCAA Division III Golf Championship today. Larkin was named to conf and Regional 1st teams and was ranked #14 in the nation. MU won by 11 strokes. This is the schools 12th Golf Championship. His proud father, Butch Gross is a classmate of mine (‘87) and was a 3 sport star at Essex (Football, Basketball, Baseball). Butch is now the principal at Lancaster High School. Great year MU Golf.
