Current Wake Forest and former King William star Demond Claiborne had a 100 yard kickoff return against Miami today. As the starting RB, he's now just 19 yards short of 1000 yards rushing on the season. He's got 14 TDs total on the season, with one game to go. With his 4.3 speed and now being 5'10 200 lbs, he's got a very good chance of playing on Sundays. Couldn't happen to a better kid either.

Heck yea, kids a stud.. I really enjoy using him in NCAA Football 25 LOL

He’s a difference maker and is an absolute stud. Glad to hear of his success..

He's a beast. Wrote this 3 years ago on this board that the kid is playing Sunday Big Boy Football. One of the best HS running backs I've ever seen and by the time he's done, I think his name will be common name like Bradshaw and the Jones's in VHSL Class 1 and 2 football greats who had solid NFL careers as Running Backs. He can flat out play. Miami has great speed, but Claiborne showed why he won the 100 meter dash in Virginia Class 2. The kid pulled away from Miami on that return of 100 yds.

I started coaching him when he just started playing tackle football at 8 years old. I told him back then that he'd win a football state championship, play college football, and play in the NFL. All these years later, two of those have come true and the third is about to come true. Like I said, it couldn't happen to a better kid. Very humble, a yes sir, no sir type of kid, family oriented, and always willing to help out with the current youth of King William.
