...more likely the FFX Times reporter's FOIA request for the content of phone(s) was finally released to her. Those can take quite a (long) while...

FCPS didn’t fire anyone, the City of Fairfax did. Two separate entities. And by having them released, it helped the City of Fairfax, not hurt them. So I doubt it was the lawyer.
