Yeah Freedom is a good team and they played hard. Even though it was a low scoring game their offense was effective in the sense that they do not waste any time getting straight to the point in what they are trying to do and it did result in a few nice gains. They did not turn the ball over or make a lot of mistakes. Definitely more of a game centered around defense and trading possessions though. Once the OT's started rolling the touchdowns became automatic because of the short field.
Hylton drove down inside the Freedom five yard line on the opening drive but failed on a 4th down attempt. After that, they really didn't get a whole lot going with a lot of dropped passes and Freedom playing them tough against the run. It was wet but the conditions really weren't that bad just a lot of drizzle and moderate wind.
