Sort of brings a relegation spin to high school sports. It's an interesting idea, I'd be curious to see how it works before Virginia would entertain such an idea.
Yes they need to do this module!! Every 10 years, they should start by moving Phoebus Salem Varina to Class 6 & leave Dinwiddie in Class 4 for a while a teach em a lesson!!
