Big win for us in the opener.

CHS was led by Zymir Faulkner (sophomore) with 18 points including some clutch free throws down the stretch. Isaiah Washington (junior) added 10 points and Jake Bowling (junior) chipped in 9 points in the win. The Black Knights will be back in action at Spotswood on Wednesday night.

Good opening win for the boys. Top two big men are both suspended so most impressive about this win is they did it with 1 player over 6'0 available. They'll need the big men to provide that post presence and rebounding. Luckily for us, JM only had two guys over 6'0 themselves. I though Daimon did an admirable job playing in the post and rebounding against taller and longer guys all night. Going to take some time for this group to gel and Minor will continue to play with lineups until he settles on certain rotations. The talent in the backcourt is evident but certainly guys still building chemistry. Spotswood and Albemarle next week so we'll have a good idea of what their capable of real soon. Started 3 sophomores last night, team is very young.
