It would be interesting to have interviews with the state's top basketball and football prospects early in their careers, when they are in 8th or 9th grade. There are future blue-chip players who could be interviewed. Also, it would be interesting to get Oak Hill Coach Steve Smith to do a monthly column,
discussing who is going to be on his team next season, no matter what time of the year it is: he probably gets calls every day of the year from players who want to come play for him. He wouldn't have to give them by name, unless they were 100 percent for sure going to be on the team. Other private high school coaches could do the same: there's a lot of competition to get players to transfer to the private high schools in Virginia in Fairfax, the Charlottesville area, the Richmond area, the Martinsville area, and in Lynchburg. Keep up the great work! I read the site every day.
