Warren led 14-7 at the half. I didn't know much about Warren coming in but they did a good job of limiting MC's playmaker Isiah Smith from getting in the open field. MC scored on their first possession of the third to tie it up. Warren kicked a 30+ yard FG to take a 17-14 lead in the 4th. MC looked like they had the game won when C. Smith scored the go ahead TD with 29 seconds left. HOWEVER, Mc botched the PAT. Leading 20-17, MC didn't kick off deep and Warren made enough plays to kick a short FG to tie as time expired.
MC intercepted a 3rd down pass in the endzone on Warren's OT possession. C. Smith (I think) scored the game winner on an 8 yard run on 2nd down. MC improved to 3-1 (1-0). They travel to Riverside next week before hosting Central Woodstock the following. Central upset Clarke so that one will have some big Bull Run implications.
