An impact player who could have a breakout senior year is Richmond Christian receiver Malike Mars (6-foot-2, 185) who helped his team make the VISAA playoffs in their 1st year of football.
Mars was selected VISAA D4 1st team All-State and he has a standing offer from Kentucky Christian with interest from several DII schools. He used his height to outjump defenders for the ball and he displayed good focus and concentration in traffic.
He's very talented and he catches everything," said Richmond Christian head coach Carlton Harris. "He just needs to be a little more consistent to improve his recruitment."
