From the looks at rosters from around the state, looks like numbers are down quite a bit. I see some d3 and d4 teams with 16 to 22 players listed on rosters.
Very possible. Some schools numbers are down too obviously having a direct impact I would imagine. Unless you are looking at maxpreps and people aren't loading in their rosters.
