Addison Whitner finished with 15 points and five rebounds as Ridgeview rocked Lee High for a 73-36 Mountain 7 District girls basketball win on Saturday.
The Wolfpack (14-5, 7-2) set the stage for Monday’s first-place showdown with Wise County Central at home. Bailey Frazier added 11 points, four assists and four steals. Hannah Dotson (14 points) and Nikole Counts (nine points, nine rebounds, seven assists) also played well.
Arielle Tritt scored 21 of Lee’s 36 points.
Union 71, Richlands 35
Ashley Chester gunned in 21 points as Union rocked Richlands for a non-district win.
The Bears led 24-7 after the first quarter in dominating from the start.

Union 62, Richlands 58
Noah Garrison scored 14 points as Union used a third-quarter blitz to defeat Richlands.
The Bears (14-6) trailed 37-33 at halftime, but used a 16-3 run in the third quarter to take control.
James Mitchell and Alex Rasnick added 13 points apiece, while Austin Gibson fired in 12 points.
Union hit 10 3-pointers.
Caleb Horn of Richlands (12-6) sank six 3-pointer sand scored 20 points, all in the first half. Taylor Horn and Race Moir supplied 10 points apiece.
