After reading the posts on Chatham and their 5-0 start, I decided to go to their game with Randolph-Henry. Chatham led at the half and just got blown out in the 2nd half. Big win for the Statesmen.

I saw Chatham tonight against Altavista. They have some talent but what I liked about them is their hustle. They can shoot lights out but when they're cold, they're cold. Made some bad decisions along the way and dropped a 59-52 game.

Who are main players for Randolph Henry?
The usual leaders are Juniors Tremaine Pugh and Nasheim Pettus. In this game it seemed to be pretty balanced offensively overall. Senior Jesse Redd and a Sophomore named Puryear seemed to play well for them. I found out that Chatham was outscored by 31 in the 2nd half. I knew it was onesided but didn't realize it was by that much.

I know it's early but, whom looks like the team to beat in Conference 37?

Who is the 6'4 boy that is young at RH? He is a big boy? Seen him at the gym in Appomattox and he said he was a Freahman or sophomore this year. Big kid! Seemed to have some skills too.

The 2 tallest guys listed on the RH varsity roster are both 6-3 juniors. No freshmen are listed.

Veiw Moore is probably the kid. Only tall sophomore they have on the roster.

Let me do some research, the kid might have moved. No disrespect or nothing, but you know how them muslims do down that way, they will be in philly one year and back at RH the next.

Statesmen are in the east now with the rest of James River district teams except for Buckingham, not sure of the conference #. Conference 37 appears to be a little weaker than it was last year.
